MOUSSY VINTAGE accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that all items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization form inside the package.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
